WHAT TO DO AFTER A COLLISION
Accidents happen. Follow the procedure below if you are in an accident: Jackson, Josephine, Klamath and Siskiyou Counties:
- Secure kids, pets, and other people or animals.
- Call 911 if there are likely injuries or cars stuck on the roadway.
- Check on the other vehicle(s) if there were others involved.
- Call the police if no injuries or cars blocking the roadway.
- Talk to the other driver and exchange contact info. and insurance.
- Don’t make deals for the damages. Let insurance deal with it.
- Collect information about other vehicle(s)
- Record the location of the accident.
- Take pictures of all involved vehicles and license plates.
- Contact M.A.D. Towing to get your vehicle to a shop or home.
